Claims are reported to Hanover in three ways: email, phone, fax.
When Filing a Claim, Please Have the Following Information Available:
- Insured’s Name & DBA
- Policy Number
- Insured’s Contact Information
- Claimant Name
- Claimant Address & Phone Number
- Date & Time of Injury or Damage
- Location Where Injury or Damage Occurred
- Specific Description of Injury or Damage
- Witnesses Information, Including Name, Address & Phone Number(s)
